Watercoloured Stampin Up Manhattan flower embossing folder card

Hi readers, I'm back with another craft blog challenge entry today ...

this time for the

A simple card, it was created using Whisper White cardstock (106549 £6.25 for 40 A4 sheets) run through the Bigshot with the Manhattan Flower embossing folder (114517 £7.50) to create the outline and then coloured it in using classic ink pads and blender pens (102845 £8.95 for pack of 3 double ended) to give the card a watercoloured look.

The centres of the flowers were prettied up with rhinestone basic jewels (119246 £4.50 for 150 assorted sizes) with some ruffled pool party ribbon (122975 £8.95 for 9.1m) and a designer Builder Brad complete with lucky limeade epoxy bubble (129329 £6.25 for 16 brads) finishes the card nicely. Here's a closeup ...

The sentiment is from a retired set from last Autumn/Winter called Perfectly Preserved, stamped in Lucky Limeade ink and hand cut.

Hope you enjoyed the card today, back tomorrow with some more ideas for you :)
